Homewares - Sunday

Thank you for showing interest in our September market at the Old Royal Naval College, we would like to offer you a stall for this event.

*Pitches are very popular and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. They are only deemed 'confirmed' once payment has been received. We have limited spots available in each category to make sure everyone has room to shine.*

Please read relevant market details below before completing your purchase.

The market will coincide with ORNC's 'First Sundays' initiative, when visitors can enjoy access to the Painted Hall and 500 Years of History on the first Sunday of the month for just £5.

Location:

Old Royal Naval College - King William Colonnade

Greenwich, London

SE10 9NN

Times:

11-5pm

Unload/set up from 9.30am. Pack down from 5pm.

Website Listings:

Everyone will have a link to their shop via our website for the duration of the event to allow customers to shop from afar. Friday 10am-Sunday 10pm.

Covid-19:

You must abide by our safety practices during this event.

- Offering hand sanitiser on your stall.

- Wearing a face covering when talking to customers (unless you are exempt).

- Responsible social distancing where possible.

- Encouraging customers to use contactless payment methods.

Risk Assessment:

You must read and digitally sign our risk assessment before the event takes place, which will be sent across by email.

Public Liability Insurance (PLI):

It is mandatory to have your own PLI. Please email your PLI document to Olivia up to one day before the event. If you are unable to provide valid PLI, you won't be able to take part and no refund will be given.

Table Details:

Table size - 6ft x 2ft. You will be allocated one table. The tables have been well loved and will need to be covered with a cloth or something similar. Please try and make sure this is large enough to cover the full front of the table and conceal your stock underneath. It is not possible to share your table with another business at this stage.

Chairs:

We hope be able to allocate one per table, however this will be a little dependent on the other events happening at ORNC on market weekend. The colonnade alcoves make very good seats. If you would like to bring your own chair, please do.

Rail/Hat Stand/Art Browser:

If you would like to bring a rail, hat stand, browser or similar, please specify this by email no later than five days before the event. The rail ends must be smooth to avoid scratching the floor. Please bare in mind that it could be windy, and therefore you will need something heavy to weigh down your rail.

Booking more days or weekends:

Please let me know as soon as possible if you would like to book further market dates, and I will check if there is availability. Full payment must be made upfront to secure your spot for each event.

Weather:

Fingers crossed for blue skies and sunshine! We all know that British weather is a little unpredictable. The market is under cover, however if it is raining, we can't guarantee the rain won't reach your stall. This is at your own risk. We will not be able to move you to a new date or give you a refund if you decide not to take part.

Parking:

We would recommend arriving on foot if you can. There are 14 car parking spaces available for Saturday and Sunday at a daily charge of £12. These will be allocated on a first come first served basis, and an email will be sent out requesting driver details. This fee is payable to the ORNC shop within the Painted Hall entrance between 10-4pm. There is also public parking (Park Row Car Park) nearby at roughly £3 per hour.

Overnight Storage:

Unfortunately there is no overnight storage on site.

Electricity:

Unfortunately there is no access to electricity.

We look forward to having you at this event! Please get in touch if you have any further questions. More information will be sent out a few weeks before this event to all stall holders.
