We want to make this brief, in order for you to visit the exhibition and create your own opinions.
One of the main reasons we are fascinated by Dora Maar's work is that she managed to make the everyday look strange, especially as modern technology was so limited. There were no computers, let alone Photoshop in the 1930s. Her photographs show her attraction to construct, deconstruct and to reinvent. Might we all learn from Maar's ever changing results and endless experimentation?
Worth a visit!
